Hmm - you seem to be more on the side of the yob than the householder who's property gets damaged.
Simply a bleeding heart woolly minded liberal. Your type has left us with toothless Police and ineffective courts.0 -
No. I'm not, if you park across my drive I'll set fire to your car. Apart from that I'm fine. (Unless you complain, then I'll follow you home and burn your house down)0

I'd support proportional response. If you were my neighbour and someone broke in, I'd be next to you. If it came to the last one standing, I'd prefer it to be me and you. If they run off I'm still not going to chase them and kill them though. They can do a dna on his ear after I've bitten it off.
But chasing a drunk, who may be some idiot who's had one too many just once in his life and trying to kill him is too much.
End of the day. it's a car, it doesn't deserve hospitalisation.0 -
Unlikely to kill anyway - a couple of broken legs might be education enough?0

Not disagreeing - its just when you say boot you are referring to your size 10s and I am reffering to the one on the back end of my ton of metal on wheels.
I agree I may not be as accurate at tapping his balls as you would but I think the impact would still have the desired effect.0 -

No doubt you'll still get prosecuted but you won't have any points on your driving licence for dangerous driving etc.0 -

You will be prosecuted if you hang about and try to tell the cops you were justified afterwards. If you make yourself scarce chances are you will hear no more about it.The truth may be out there, but the lies are inside your head. Terry Pratchett
