My late OH and I always had sliced ham( from the gammon joint that I cooked on Christmas Eve for Boxing Day) and scrambled eggs for breakfast on Christmas morning and on the top of the eggs some wocestershire sauce drizzled over them.

Lots of smoked salmon fans! I'm not a huge salmon fan, although I don't think I've ever had it smoked. I love creamed mushrooms though. My dad always makes it for the two of us on Christmas morning. It's the dad part that makes it taste best.
