    Seemed like forever, but July 1st came, I went to the High Court and found it pretty straight forward. And now I'm bankrupt. Just waiting to hear from the OR.

    Just had my first call (HSBC), or rather a text asking me to phone an 0845 number. Just can't afford to do that anyway, though I am a little nervous just ignoring the calls - tended to always try and keep a dialogue with my creditors... though thinking about it that did very little good for me pre-bankruptcy.

    Went bankrupt last Thursday - still haven't had a call from the OR. They must be busy (judging by the number of people going bankrupt on one day when I was there).

    Hi all,

    Have got my court date for tomorrow morning! Am really nervous about it and just hope that it will go without a hitch! Am sure that once tomorrow is over I can look forward to being debt free!!
