FF a question for you. You have a PAD/Spends budget and an ISA budget. Is the PAD one stuff you PAD if you don't spend it?

Sorry if I've missed this X

Sorry, maybe I've been confusing in the way I've posted....

When I'm thinking of money I have available to spend I mean the following accounts:

PAD/Spends - this is money I will either PAD or spend :D My frittering money really. I PAD from this account to stop me pi$$ing it right up the wall ;)
Groceries - food, kitty food, toiletries
Entertainment - nights out and that ;)

When I post the ISA balance as I did this morning, that's how much money is in there at the moment, not how much is budgeted for it.

Does that make sense? (Probably not!!)

    Quick post then bed!

MSE News - none really. Still spending money on food at work due to boredom and cold. Finish tomorrow for holidays though, woo!! However....

I'm going in to work on Saturday and Sunday because they're paying us double time and [strike]bribing[/strike] incentivising us with pizza too :D I will therefore be getting the equivilant of about 20 hours overtime in January just from this week!

Spent £26 today on a dress from Dorothy Perkins to wear in London. Linky! Hopefully it fits....will try it on tomorrow morning. It cost £26, but will cost less. Here's the logic -

I paid for it on my credit card -£26
I have some undies to return to M&S +£17
    Actual cost = £9 :D Very MSE!

I've also put almost £10 into my assorted savings tins today, so feeling quite proud of that too.

Bed now - up at six to get to work early for another hour of overtime. Night all :)

Right yes, I get it. So that's your money you CAN spend...but you may save. I see! Love the dress btw. How do I link to other sites to show clothes btw. Sorry 20 questions today but I've been meaning to ask someone this for ages!

    Step by step guidance:

    1. Find the item of clothing you want to link to
    2. Click on the web address once so it's highlighted then right click and select "copy"
    3. Return to MSE
    4. Compose whatever the post is you're wanting to write and choose the text you want to use. In this example we shall use the word "WANT!!!"
    6. Once you have typed the word "WANT!!!" use your mouse to highlight the text
    7. When you're typing you can see tools which let you make text bold or change the size. Click on the one which looks like a teeny tiny globe with a paperclip in front of it
    8. A pop-up box will appear asking you for a URL (web address) Paste the link into that box

    Done! For example, WANT!!!

Thank you so much for that FF and yes Coast's £85 jersey dresses were the staples of my wardrobe when I worked there. They look great, wash well and can be glammed up to 'look Coast' should the need arise!!!

DT, where DID you get those boots. They're fabulous!!!
