My EA reckoned that wide angle lens pictures are illegal because of the Property Misdescriptions Act

Now why does that sound like an excuse made up by an agent that can't afford a wide angle lens?!

I'm not a fan of the agents that go totally overboard but I'd much rather appreciate the fact that a wide angle lens had been used than only see 3ft either side of one corner of a great big room taken with a 'point and click'. I wouldn't view that house, that's for sure, because I wouldn't have a clue how big the room was or what even fits in it.

Number 100, into the culdesac. Can't see it face-on on streetview as it has a hedge but you can see it's detached and large from down the street. Satellite shows there's no doubting it's a big house - wrap around extension, set back from the road, larger front drive, detached garage, wider garden than yours, similar length. I'd walk down the street and have an objective look if I were you as that's the peak of the market talking straight to you.

I will because I know we are one of the largest down the street and don't think we don't regularly look at whats on the market especially streets even if google maps are still showing us pre exention

Are you getting no offers following viewings or are you just not getting viewings at all?

I wonder if the dog isn't helping in either case.

    What dog do you mean?
