Thank you all very much for all your views they have been very constructive and it has given me a lot to take on board, alot of which I will follow as much as finances allow
I have removed the link now as someone has already mentioned it will skew the rightmove hits so think I had better remove so we can see what hits we get normally
Thanks again

Looks good to me0

Whilst the photos of the bedrooms and the bathroom are good, the downstairs one's let in down. The first photo of the lounge would put me off straightaway - the room looks dark and personally I don't like to see downstand beams. I'm sure the photo could be re-taken to more effectively show that it is a good size room with plenty of space.
Picture 3 - perhaps you could re-arrange this room to make it look like it has more of a 'function' such as a dining room. At the moment it is difficult to tell what the space is meant to be.
Picture 5 - Ditch the guitar and the cabinet thing, they detract from what is a well presented area and make it look cluttered.
Picture 6 - Could you put in some conservatory style furniture to show this more as an additional living area? Perhaps a wicker sofa and armchair?
Picture 12 - It looks like the garden is big but this photo does not 'sell' it. Perhaps one taken from slightly higher up would give a better view of the size of the space?
I'd also get the EA to re-do the words as a priority. At the moment they are all in one long paragraph which means it is difficult to easily extract what the rooms are and their sizes. In addition no info is given on the size of the bedrooms.
I hope this doesn't come across as too harsh, it's intended to be helpful!0 -
have you had viewings and feedback from those viewings?know thyselfNid wy'n gofyn bywyd moethus...0

The photos are not straight and all appear to have been shot from crotch height. They make me feel nauseous.
Why why why why why cant EAs just take a normal bloody photo without trying to be so outrageously clever.Mortgage debt - [STRIKE]£8,811.47 [/STRIKE] Paid off!0 -

Thanks for your response - not harsh at all I am looking for honest feed back and tips to see what we can do - unfortuanely the downstand beams are an inheritence of various extensions but if I can get a better picture then I will.
I will - take a pic of the areas you mentioned completely stripped apart from the basics and see how it goes. Conservatory is a more difficult area however another estate agent has said in my area most the new builds go so I (although a very period house!!!) I am in a small market0 -

the house looks great... the photos look great... really spacious house... unless that is a mirage of the photos and when people get there they are disappointed!
Kitchens are important and over 25% of the kitchen photo is of your personal appliances(white / grey goods)... you need to show cupboard space, and size...
Picture of garden would be better from upstairs window I think!!!?Plan
