If they made the mistake on the 29 June (which is on my email) and did'nt pull it until 31 Aug then this deal was there for 2 months. So in that case it was definatly misleading. Might be worth a try but I'm sure they have been down this alley before.

I think it more likely that the reference to June is yet another typo by the Dell Donkies.

.............theyve ignored mines as well!!!!!! I asked for a real persons name whom i could communicate with ..lol.... If i ever get a reply i'll post it.

Try emailing Gwen_Wight@Dell.com she's the head of Business Operations Manager or Ann_Gordon@Dell.com who deals with things for Gwen when she can't be bothered to deal with things herself. You prolly got more luck in finding Shergar (http://news.bbc.co.uk/onthisday/hi/dates/stories/february/9/newsid_2538000/2538595.stm) than getting your laptop.

I was the original poster, it arrived today, spec as ordered, sorry you didn't manage it.

I'm sure that another DELL fudge up is just around the corner.
