I think you're over stressing over two separate things. Firstly I just checked my page and the pending credits box you mention has also gone missing, presumably just a site layout change, nothing to worry about.
Secondly the message you mention, I have had a few times, happened consistently for about a week or two at one time then just stopped happening on its own. Actually, i think one chap who rents a room at my house has a valued opinions account as well and we use access internet through the same internet connection.Is it due to this reason that i am having problems with my valued opinions account?? If it is shall i email them regarding this matter?
Is it against the terms and condition that only one account is allowed per address? But it is not mentioned anywhere that only one account per address is allowed. It just says that a person is not allowed to have two accounts.
Anyways, as you said yours pending credit box is also missing. Hope this is just a site problem and nothing serious with the account.

Well there's the problem. I'm not sure if it's in their terms and conditions but it is something that causes problems and has seen some people have their accounts closed on some sites if I remember correctly. They see two logins from the same IP (internet) address and understandably assume it's the same user (I say 'understandably' as if they didn't, users could create 3 or 4 accounts and make 3-4 times more money fraudulently).
One way that has been mentioned as a way round it is restarting your router before logging in as, assuming you have a dynamic IP (most do), this would assign you a new IP address. But if you are renting I would presume that would be problematic.
I would be pretty certain that is your problem, you could fire off an email to Valued Opinions just to find out if this is the issue but I wouldn't hold out much hope I'm afraid.
EDIT: Just checked the T and Cs and technically, albeit unintentionally, as you are both coming from the same IP address you would be seen to be breaking these terms:

re the 'pending credits' box not showing now.Mine is now right at the bottom of the page on the rewards statement tab.it now lists every survey credit I have received since 2007,then right underneath that is the pending credits.It is now harder to match up what has been paid as the invite may have said technology survey and the payment is for nokia survey.A few other things look different now.so maybe a site change layout has happened.0
