Is anyone else finding them very slow to add survey points now, I am owed for surveys going back to the beginning of May. Am also finding it difficult to keep track of the surveys since they stopped putting the reference No: on pending and creditted surveys. Diane0

Yes they have been a lot slower the last few months i only have £20 in vouchers to redeem and £6.15 pending.Jan Wins: .0 -

They tend to have times when they're slow, then times when they suddenly credit lots at once. In the last four days they've credited 7 of my surveys, including one that vanished from the pending list ages ago.0

Did anyone have problems to receive the credit?
I did a survey which offers me nearly £200 ( third party survey via VO) but did not receive the credit though I waited for 1 month.
I sent an email and they just write to me back ' sometimes it takes longer.' but the points never added. So I wrote it again and they said ' you did not complete the survey so you are not qualified to receive the points!'. I was upset! This is a big money for me. So I wrote an email to the person who arrange the survey ( third company) and they confirmed I completed my survey and they contacted VO and they fixed problem for me.. But since then, I still have not received any credit... So I sent another email to chase up and the reply was ' which survey are you talking about? '
I am very disappointed with VO. Not only they make a mistake but also never make up with their mistake. :mad:0
