Is anyone else doing the Body Oil trial? I've never done a product trial with VObefore so wondered how long the surveys on the products usually take to complete? I have to do 2 surveys, one after 2 weeks of using the product and another after 4 weeks. The entire process is worth £6.00.

I ordered a £10 Tescos voucher in early April,well over 28 days ago.I have ordered several vouchers in the past which I received within a couple of weeks.I emailed them regarding the matter a couple of days ago but haven't received a reply.
I just wondered if anyone else is experiencing difficulties,I've never had problems with them before regarding late vouchers.

Lindy, did they actually reply directly to your email,if so did it take long for them to reply to you.

I also ordered a Tesco vocuher over a month ago and sent them an e-mail as not received yet. I got a message back saying that they had issues with the supplier and that they would post out the voucher as soon as they could.
I ordered a £10 Amazon e-code this morning and it came through straight away.

I also did one of these although not the banking one. I queried not having the points as it was not showing on the tracking list. I was told it was different to the other surveys and that due to this it may take longer than 28 days. I would keep an eye on it and let them know if you have not had it.

i just got my march 16th tesco voucher at the end of april & i'm due another one i put in for on april 6th that will hopefully come soon.
it only seems to be tesco vouchers that they are having trouble with because i think the rest are e-vouchers.

same day that i requested mine and have been told it could be another 2 weeks

I ordered a lot of Tesco vouchers in March. They came about 6 weeks later. I'd held off contacting them as I wasn't sure if 28 days was working days or not so gave them weekends and holidays extra. They did turn up eventually though.
