I've just received the £30 credit for completing the Socialising and Drinks survey.
Never experienced problems receiving credits for completing VO surveys.0 -
I've been doing VO surveys for about 3 months now. For my first payout I requested an M&S voucher and it came within about 2 weeks as I recall. I'm now waiting on a Tesco voucher, which is taking longer. Seems like several people are having to wait quite a while for Tesco vouchers, so I'll stick to M&S or others from now on.
One thing about them that impressed me was that they do actually reply to emails (wow!) When I did a £4 week-long survey and the final questionnaire didn't work properly, they sorted it out and I was able to complete the survey. These days, when people actually bother to understand and reply to emails, I almost feel elated about having come into contact with a sentient, reasonable being! I probably shouldn't, but I do...
On the minus side, the other day £1.50 was wiped off my credit total for no apparent reason and it hasn't come back since (I was at £17.30 and suddenly went down to £15.80). I don't know which survey "disappeared" so I doubt there's any point in querying it. At this rate I'll have to take screenshots in case it happens again!
Sometimes credits take a loooong time to appear, especially for the "big-money" surveys (well, relatively speaking...), but all of mine have arrived sooner or later so far. One (£4.40 in total including 40p for 4 photos) took over a month, I was overjoyed when it finally trickled in.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. So far no problems getting vouchers but they are slow to add credit. What I do notice is that since I turned 60 I am being screened out more often. I am tempted to say I am still 59.0

Very strange, I had £1.50 go missing the other day aswell, it must have been the same survey.Cross Stitch Cafe Monthly Challenge Member No 2 :j

Thanks everyone for the advice, and about what to expect about the credits. I get in a bit of a stew when points don't show up properly, so I'm grateful for the heads-up!
I hate it when completed surveys don't show up in the pending credits section. I have a spreadsheet of the surveys I have done and I include the date I completed it, the survey name, the survey number and the amount the survey was for. They surveys that do appear in my pending credits I have in blue and the ones that don't I have in red. I know VOP state 28 days but I give them 38 and on the 40th day I chase them up.
Also had a few problems of the surveys done on the iPhone app not showing up in the pending credits on the site so I always take a screenshot of the completed surveys section within the app.0 -
Requested a £10 amazon voucher on the 29th june but still no sign of it... it's never taken that long before. Emailed them a few days ago but no reply so far.£2 Savers Club 2011 (putting towards a deposit

Hello. I am recently having problems with my valued opinions account. Whenever i click on a survey i get a message
"Thank you very much for your interest in our surveys. Unfortunately you can’t participate in this study. Our records indicate that your ID has already been registered for this project and/or data inconsistencies have been identified regarding the profile data you’ve provided"
Also on the main page just after login, the tab where my earned credit and pending credits were shown in a list form ( the tab below the personal profile tab ) has now disappeared.
Can anyone please help me in this matter. Does anyone has or had the same problem.
Thanks.0
