Still no joys tried everything so emailed them to get it fixed, I've been with them for YEARS its a great panel to be on never really had any problems with them and got a lot of vouchers from them too

Ergh! Just got told I didn't meet the criteria for a survey after I'd spent over 20 minutes answering questions. This site has really gone downhill.0

Same happened to me, Skyline. Emailed them asking if it was a joke, they replied quite rudely saying '20 minutes is within our max. limit where you may not qualify blah blah' and told me I had done it for 17 minutes, not 20.. I told them to cancel my account and they replied back with 'Account closed' or something.0

I've just had the same thing. Only a 10minute survey, but I'd got through the classification questions and was right at the end of the proper questions when I was told I don't meet the criteria :mad:0
