I do all my surveys in IE (saves any of my FF addons like Request Policy, CookieSafe interfering) and it doesn't load at all, just tried FF and got the same message as you.

I thought that I had to say that I have been a member of Valued Opinion for about 4 years now and I have never had any major problems with them. I earn the points quite quickly, this is usually about £100 a year. When I reach the £10 limit I then exchange my points for either Tesco vouchers or Marks and Spencer Vouchers and these arrive about 4 weeks after I have ordered them, unlike other sites who take longer.:)

has anyone else been waiting for rewards for ages lately? my account hasn't been updated in 2 weeks now and i've got credits sitting pending since the end of september and first week of october.

it's never taken this long before and all VO will say is that some surveys take longer than others to settle, I've got 4 that are either past or very close to the 28 days.

Does anyone know where we can find the pending credits? I can see the bar with what I have earned but despite searching for the pending ones, I can't find it...

Click the arrow next to your name in the upper right hand corner, click on "Rewards statement" and if you scroll down that page you'll find the list of pending credits

They seem to pay out in batches now, typically during the first week of the month. I had 4 credits within two days at the start of October, and only 3 in the following weeks.

VO is a great site i have almost £20 in vouchers saved will be claiming them in a week or so for xmas.

Wouldn't you be best claiming them asap? What if the company went tits up tomorrow? They're not yours till they're in your hand
