I had this problem a few weeks ago, you need to contact valued opinions and select 'the survey gives an error message' as the subject.

Isabel from valued opinions replied saying:

Please do not worry. The automated security system blocked you inadvertently.
I have reset your account so you should no longer be blocked from doing surveys.

I've not had a survey from them for over two weeks now, i usually get at least one every few days, is anyone else having a problem or is just slow leading upto Christmas?

I'm getting 'em. Had a totally rubbish one this morning, for Argos. Took forever, had to download, unzip and install and later uninstall and delete a piece of software, and the blessed software didn't work properly when I came to use it during the survey. All for £1. Never again! Only "ordinary" surveys for me from now on.

I have never had the email to this and they are taking there time sending the link out! Anyone else not had the link.

I wrote and said I hadn't received the email. I had a reply a couple of days later, and since then I have received the invitation email.

I am still waiting

On another note i am waiting on £20 Tesco vouchers from the 22nd unlike this site i normally get them with in a week.

I've had very few surveys from them over the past few weeks.

I never got it either. Emailed, got a reply to say they'd resend it and did eventually get it, about5 or 6 days later IIRC

It worked - I post about nothing paying out and just 24 hours later I get awarded loads!

Just a shame the site's running incredibly slowly. Maybe they've gone on strike too

Can anyone log in and view their rewards statement ? I've been trying for a coule of days now and I still can't see it.
