I'm new to VO, I had loads of surveys and made the £10 and now all of a sudden it's gone quiet and they haven't sent me anything for like a week. Is that normal? thanks in advance.
I find I get sudden rushes of surveys (10/15 in a week) and then hear nothing from them for ages. Averages out for me at about £10 a month.0 -
Requested a tesco voucher on the 3rd and it came today, must be a new record.:j0

I like the new site. It's annoying me at the moment that I've reached £8.25 and have been waiting for pending credits to be added for weeks. I'm sure they stall it when you're nearing a tenner.0

Don't like:
Still cannot log in if they send me a survey link (at the end of the survey I go back to the V.O page but cannot log in) yet if I google and open my own page I can log in fine.
Also don't like that I only have 90% of my profile filled in as I have no pets! I cannot tick the pet box and despite ticking the "I have no pets" box I still see my profile has not been filled in full. I know this affects the amount of surveys I will get (full profiled accounts get sent surveys above those that are not) so I dislike the site for that reason. Or should I lie? pretend I own a pet??:cool:0 -

I was at £9.95 for what felt like forever :rotfl:0 -
I don't see the point of the redesign. It's less clear than the old site, and they still haven't fixed the old log-in problems.
I've really gone off VO in the past few months. I've had four surveys vanish from the pending list, and I've got another three that should have paid out months ago. I think my next payout will probably be my last.0 -
Did anybody do the recent mysmsdiary banking survey that was worth £5? If so, have any of you had the credit for it yet? Sure its been nearly 28 days now.0

Yes, I did and haven't had the credit yet; actually, it's been over a month hasn't it?0
