Ours arrived safely today, no emails to say they were sent either. Thank you everyone for pulling together and helping others try to resolve this. I really hope everyone receives their cards next week.

Got an email last night and just arrived home now to find my two vouchers through the door .

To save me ringing up to check the balance, the people that did not receive credit on their cards had the 'tag top part' attached didnt they, mine are just the cards so I presume (hopefully) that they have credit on. I will obviously check at the till before trying to use them and looking stupid .

Am I the only one waiting for their voucher? Resubmitted the form twice now and they can't find me. I've got a really good use for the voucher too, what's it's they about counting your chickens.lol

I never got mine either & have emailed 3 times. Just keep getting an email asking to resubmit details...again...and again...and again....
