I'd been playing this for a few days and had the page saved under favourites. Clicked through on Friday (2nd) and played as usual and it came up saying I had won a £15 JJB voucher, congratulations and all that and I would receive an email soon etc etc. Straight away I left a wall post on the Mother Nature FB page saying that woop, I had finally won etc etc. As you can see, I also added it to my signature, which I wouldn't have done if it hadn't said I had won.
I didn't notice till today but I've had 2 comments on my post from other people saying how had I managed to win as the game had already closed on that day. Mother Nature had then commented that yes, it had closed and I hadn't won and would I be happy with my usual monthly gift! The bloody cheek of it! I've left a comment stating how could the game have been closed if it let me play and win??!! Also, that I'd heard a lot of people were unhappy and I made one more!
Has anyone else had this problem? Is there anything I can do?

UPDATE: Just had a winning email from Mother Nature saying my voucher was on its way! She must have seen my reply...

I won on this later in the week when it had stopped letting everyone win, I know as I tried a few times and got nothing. I didn't receive a confirmation email so I emailed the address the Facebook group was giving out and they sent me a link to the form for me to reconfirm my details and since then I've had nothing. I know it's only £15 but I feel like it was a waste of time playing the game to receive nothing in the end!

I had this too, I am giving them until Thursday to reply (I expect they had loads to check) as I gave them the isp they asked for. If I haven't heard by then I am going through to the holding company (Proctor & Gamble) to complain.

My gift card has just arrived in the post. I didn't get an email to let me know it was on its way but I did get a confirmation email on winning. Hope you all get your prizes soon. Perhaps they're sending them all out at the same time.

I checked on my facebook profile yesterday and the posts that had been removed are now back showing that I won so fingers crossed the card comes soon
