  • My giftcard came today. I'm gonna get the amount on it checked on Saturday on my way into work. Just to be sure 'cause there's nothing on it or with it to confirm the amount.

That is really, really poor  Mine turned up today after being told I couldn't have won as the game had ended even though it let me play and then said I had won! My first thought was, 'It doesn't have an amount printed on it, and no receipt to say how much is on it so I'd best check at the till before buying anything.' Fingers crossed it's ok, otherwise Mother Nature will be receiving the gift of my wrath :rotfl:

I got mine today, thought it looked a bit suspicious as it still has the other part attached to it, saying it has to be activated first - will definitely check it before I try to buy anything now!

 I've just seen the comments on the Mother Nature facebook page, !!!!!! are they playing at? Get someone competent to sort this mess out!! was going to say before it's too late but it already is!

No email confirmations, resubmit details, no further emails, some cards turning up but having no credit on - they have messed up completely and still telling people to email the same email address - DURRR

This is my objection, if they are unable to cope with the emails they already have (which they obviously are!) then they should atleast give another set of contact details or a solution for what to do now there are problems with the gift cards!!! IMHO I would have thought they should just send out new cards if necessary to EVERYONE as this is the worst publicity campaign ever! I no longer laugh when i see the Mother Nature adverts, i just feel rage! (and my vouchers are still not here!!) :o

Just for interest i looked into the company responsible for the Mother Nature Page (as obviously it is not directly P&G) this seems to be them:

    http://www.leoburnett.com/

They are a huge marketing company, so why are they not trying a bit harder to sort this out?! The cost to them in bad publicity surrounding this is going to far exceed the cost of any amount of vouchers.

Ok, I won twice, the first day and the day after. I haven't received any email at all regarding this and no cards, what should I do? Anyone else in the same boat as me?
    2009 Wins = £833
    2010 Wins = £6,597
    2011 Wins = £7,083

    £2,012 in 2012 = £450/£2,012
    20 in 2012 = 4/20
