I've had the same email - i've advised them that unless i receive the two vouchers i won i will be reporting them to proctor and gamble and facebook!

Me & my OH both won on both days and had the above email too but i think to be honest that we all should be happy with receiving 1 voucher each as they did stipulate immediately on tuesday morning that there was a technical glitch

They could have voided all wins up to that point so i think that they are being very fair to honour each winner with 1 voucher as obviously many people didnt hear about the game previously and all the vouchers were more than likely gone

i dont agree to be honest its no different to any other competition if you have been told you have won something then you have won it and should receive it i wont be just leaving it i am going to complain wether i have proof or not

Yep i got same email, and I won twice, and the rest of my famly who also won have had no email what so ever.

I posted my win on here 1 minute after I won so even though the facebook posts have mysteriously disappeared I have a record of it. I have also copied & pasted as a document just in case lol

I too have this email, what annoys me is the amount of time it has taken them to respond, they could have sent that email out last week.
