We can probably go back and prove it through our profile's fb, because most of us posted to say that we'd won a voucher as well

a win is a win and we are grateful for that but what we don't like is the underhand way that they have dealt with the whole thing especially after putting facebook status' saying that we would all get our vouchers etc.

I totally agree, if they had put their hands up a day or two after and said 'sorry we made a mistake, as a goodwill gesture..blah blah' then fair enough and i would have accepted the situation, but they have been devious, they deleted all information showing the wins, and led everyone to believe that they would honour ALL wins. Which they are NOT doing. My OH won on the 28th? and he has had that voucher, but they are refusing to reply to his emails regarding the vouchers he won on the 21st/22nd, which is rather unfair.

Hi there, we are very sorry to see that some of the community are disappointed regarding the vouchers. This is a genuine case of technology outsmarting Mother Nature.

Our team have looked at other ways we can verify your registrations and therefore fulfil your claim for additional prizes. Although we only have you registered once we have identified a way we can verify the number of times you tried to register during the first hours of the game on Monday and Tuesday last week. If we can verify that you tried to register additional times during those hours we’ll be very happy to send you additional vouchers.

To help us do this, in additional to the claim form you have already completed, we need to ask you to send us your IP address. You can find this by simply logging on to the same computer you played on and tried to register from, and going to http://whatismyipaddress.com. Just copy the number called “IP Information” and send it to us at mothernature@digital-outlook.com along with your name and email address. Please make sure you are connected to the same internet connection on which you originally played the game. We will then match your information with the information on our systems including IP address and number of attempted registrations from that address. We will do this as quickly as possible early next week and then delete this information.

In the meantime, your first voucher will be with you within the next 5 working days. Please continue to play sports and outsmart Mother Nature and her monthly gift, with a little help from Tampax!

Thanks for posting the above Catz. I have emailed yet again to let them know my ip addy. I have just rechecked my emails for the 2nd time today & found that between 1pm and now they have sent the email with the claim form attached which I have duly filled in and sent. Fingers crossed they can sort it out for me now.
If at first you don't succeed try, try, try again.
