The Toonies take cereal bars to school for snack time, and I was wondering if anybody had a successful recipe to make these at home? The only ones I have found seem to produce a sort of flapjack affair:D

Thanks for that - will give it a go tomorrow - maybe with a little bit of chocolate drizzled on them, got to be better than the shop bought ones!

    250g rolled oats
    75g coconut
    100g cranberries
    125g mixed seeds (sunflower,pumpkin,sesame)
    125g peanuts (redskin no salted)
    Tin of condensed milk

Cook at 130 for one hr

This is Nigella recipe. I make these every week for my family. Even after +2 years they soon moan if box is empty.
