    CPU is now 70-80%

The process has come back again. I disabled it in services, but couldn't find how to in windows media player itself because that guide is for an old media player
  • - you need to turn sharing off for everybody

    - turn off the service, and remove the startup entry for wmpnscfg.exe.

Note that you’ll have to kill that process manually the first time, or log off and back on

Look at the above cNp from this URL and read down till you come to the above sentences, then do what it says !

TICk and FIX these in hijack ~
    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {5C255C8A-E604-49b4-9D64-90988571CECB} - (no file)
    O4 - HKUS\S-1-5-19\..\RunOnce: [mctadmin] C:\Windows\System32\mctadmin.exe (User 'LOCAL SERVICE')
    O4 - HKUS\S-1-5-20\..\RunOnce: [mctadmin] C:\Windows\System32\mctadmin.exe (User 'NETWORK SERVICE')
    O4 - Startup: LimeWire On Startup.lnk = C:\Program Files\LimeWire\LimeWire.exe

    manually delete this file ~
    c:\program files (x86)\common files\microsoft shared\windows live\wlidnsp.dll

(If it wont play ball, open malwarebytes and use its REMOVAL TOOL)

    Run LSPFIX
    http://www.cexx.org/LSPFix.exe

Id seriously advise uninstalling AVG as the firewall is a danger to use (Its FAR safer to use windows firewall). It would also speed up your computer if you switch to AVAST or AVIRA
If you do (And I really suggest you do) Use the 64 bit AVG removal tool

Have done all of that cheers, nothing was fixed changed by the LPS scan. Seems a lot smoother after deleting those files, currently only 1% of the CPU being used. Unfortunately the windows network sharing process starts up everytime I start Windows Media Player, I cant find how to turn it off in Windows Media Playeras it is different to theguide posted.

Which avast is best to install, the antivirus or internet security?

Yeah it is on just checked.

On cnet there is avast free internet security and avast free antivirus.

I downloaded mine off the official avast website however it says it doesn't protect online shopping, so do I need to install the internet protection aswell?
