Hi Emily, are you still going to be using this diary too? I have just read it all whilst having my lunch, you are so motivated and inspiring! plus much better at organising your time than me... I did actually buy a book on overcoming procrastination- but I never got round to reading it!!

So glad you had a good holiday, I am going to Spain in October to see my Dad who lives out there (cheap holiday as only flights needed) and also had to get a new passport pretty smartish- I think everyone's passport photos make them look like they are on something!
I am trying to apply the principles of the law of attraction etc into my life as think that there's a lot to be said for it- I have a colleague who is always moaning and saying 'you won't believe what's happened now' and he is always the one who gets ill, breaks down, experiences bad service etc so I do honestly think he attracts it cos he expects it to happen...
I really must post more on the Wake Up Challenge I have been so lax! Hope your day is going well xx0
