hi i had seen just computer listed but when i click on it i cannot find cd drive listed. This is such a silly problem to take so long to resolve. Thank you marion
Hi Click on computor then when it opens you will see " Devices with removable storage" and below it is a picture of a DVD and an pc item.
It will either have "DVD RW Drive" next to it or
something Like " DVD RW Drive then under neath Norton 360" or such like.

hi thanks for trying to help but when i click on computer it does not show. Devices or devices with removable storage. I cannot find dvd rw either. No picture of a dvd.

- if it won't read / show your Norton disk. Try another different disk, does it read / show your different disk ?Disclaimer : Everything I write on this forum is my opinion. Are there no arrows to click when your on 'computer'? (this can 'reveal' hidden items)
If its not there than id say your dvd/cd drive is knackered or become unplugged somehow (Has it EVER worked?):idea:0 -
