Perhaps she needs to listen to her own advice, seeing as you stated in the auction that it was bought in Thailand!!

If she paid by credit card, she can still get a refund by filing a chargeback.

As long as the OP kept proof of posting she will be covered via Paypal.

No you can file a chargeback with the card company if you didn't recieve goods/were not as described. I did this when I got scammed by a fake concert ticket website, it was a long process though.

Any credit card chargeback via paypal is defendable with proof of posting. If buyer makes a claim paypal will defend it and even if credit card wins paypal will take the loss (although they will lean on seller to try and recover it) but more imprtantly they will close buyers account down. If a possibly scamming buyer gets their paypal account closed down I see that as a positive.

lastly, it must be remembered that no credit card company is going to just give the money back without strong proof item is a fake and I suspect buyer doesn't have that as otherwise they would have persued the paypal claim.

I sent the phone by special delivery and kept the receipt.
By the way i have called Nokia and i was told : they do not have ''authenticity report facility!'' and also told me ''They will never return any device if they are not genuine Nokia'' and will start legal action followed by an investigation!----
so My Checkmend report is a solid proof and accepted by Cops and ebay.It was not fake at all.
I will ignore her,not response or communicate whatsoever.
She and her Nokia Tech friend will be in trouble If she decides to take it further.
    thanks for your help.
