Hope the site comes back up soon! I'm moving house in 4 weeks time and a fridge/freezer is on my shopping list!

When I signed up I'm pretty sure they said that the anticipated delivery times were Sept/Oct/Nov depending on the appliance you were allocated. Think the fridge/freezer was the first, but not sure which order the others were in

I have checked the website again, and still am receiving the message put up recently that they are extending the date to 12th July, 2010.

I was allowed to get through the original application form online - but it crashed when returning my data, so have no idea if a record is held of my details or not ?

Just waiting for the go ahead from money saving expert, as they have stated they will notify and then I can proceed to enter again, assuming all my data was lost when the application form crashed..:(

I have been trying to register for the free draw for this fridge and every time I try it blocks me is there any other way::

It says the site is down at the moment and we will be notified when it is up and running again.

So its a waste of your time if you keep trying to access the link if the main page still states the link is down.

It also says if you receive the weekly email we will be notified through that

My advice is to have some patience and wait for the notice that its up and running again

I'm glad i ditched them as my energy provider, its been down how long now? and still no sign of it being ressurected, i suspect they will just draw the winners from the entries already received as they dont seem to be making any effort to re-open the application form again.

I'd forget about it being extended till 12 july there are only 6 days to go and they have already had weeks to get it sorted.

Its all very well saying "as above" but its not really very helpful, i think the previous posters were hoping for some comment from martin or npower themselves and are quite capable of reading back through the threads to the refered to "as above" statement without such a flippant response- just my opinion of course. :whistle:

It was more helpful than no answer at all and as no one else replied to them it was better than nothing.

If you say so :undecided but the original posting quoted was only 7 postings up and on the same page so had probably already been read i'd have thought, no "official" replies would suggest neither NPower nor martin are bothering to read the thread to respond to the questions, which doesnt seem to bode too well for it being up and running anytime soon (if at all). I'd love to be proven wrong though.

Chocolate fireguards are also useful, so long as you don't use them in front of lit fires.

Sorry but the excuse "Our webservers cant take the traffic" is not a very good one. I run webservers myself, some of them are very high traffic. I never have a problem!

Something else is going on here - maybe they are just running a scam to get loads of peoples addresses? I know Martin said this wasnt the case, but HOW does he know for sure?
