They've now added a new term (wasn't there yesterday):-
No Lose refund must be wagered once at minimum odds of 1/5 (1.2) before withdrawal can be made.
That means that you cannot withdraw your refunded £20 - you have to use it on another bet, with at least 1/5 odds (decimal 1.2) (or less likely / higher rewarding odds).
So, this introduces a risk that you will not be able to get your £20 back, and therefore could lose.
It's no longer a risk-free bet. I think an edit to the first post is necessary here.0 -
Yes it should get refunded within 3 days, if not then contact CS. A lot of people have been auto refunded quickly but some have had to ask.
Just multiply the decimal odds by the amount to bet, so if odds are 4.20 and the bet is £10, it's 10 x 4.20 = total return (includes stake) of £42.00.
thank you maybe i understand a bit more than i thought

However surely those people who placed bets and lost before the new T&C's can still withdraw their £20?!0
-
The EurosportBet through Quidco was much better than the 888 one. £25 cashback if you deposit and place a £10 bet. Mine tracked within 24 hours.0
-
Just checked on Quidco and that offer isn't available anymore. They have £10 cashback if you place a £10 bet.0

urgh i dont understand any of this. Ive just withdrawn my £20 deposit now, its not worth the hassle for me. I hope theres no charge or anything to withdraw the money.0

I just called them, and the 1000 limit hasn't been reached yet but there are new conditions, as stated above. you have to make a second bet with your refund.
I'm thick and have no idea about gambling, can someone tell me if this is still okay to do? odds of 1/5, what does that mean? Will I still get £20 or winnings higher than £20 from the second bet, or might the winnings of the second bet be lower than £20?52% tight0 -
It doesn't say anything in the T&Cs about having to rebet the refunded money though.
hi foxy have a look at the terms and conditions:
"No Lose refund must be wagered once at minimum odds of 1/5 (1.2) before withdrawal can be made."
i think they added that yesterday or today but I was told i definately can't just take out the money straight away. I don't know much about betting and would not want to risk it again on another bet. The other point is they can change their terms or cancel the promotion whenever they want which seems unfair, but also highly risky for me. I like to know where I stand0 -
However surely those people who placed bets and lost before the new T&C's can still withdraw their £20?!
I have just been caught out and so pray for Yakubu to do his stuff for me later!
Avoid is my advice.0
