Hi Lou xxxx good to see you!
Right the land of Buffy is not a happy, as per normal in the holidays my sister visits and we get all the classic comments that frankly I am too embarrassed to even put here!
I must rise above this tho as the net result is that I am unhappy - no one else, and I don't do stuff cos I am caught with thinking what's the point??
It is hard to start ignoring what essentially amounts to 34 years of conditioning.
I shall go and put on my shoes. Be some one else.
my list
1. empty wardrobe and go through it for charity shop especially get rid of jeans I never wear
2. repeat for Chest of drawers.
3. photo laptoptable and list on e bay.
4. repeat for one cage in the loft.
5. clear desk area and set up as per banish clutter book.

Hi buffy sorry your fed up, what are the things tat make you unhappy list them and try to turn them to positives or what can you do to turn them to positives, re work if it makes you that unhappy look for a job elsewhere or you may end up in a worse off position with stres unhappiness etc when the start of a new job is all that you needed. Nobody is defined by the career they are define by the happynes and nobody should dislike going to work. This is the holidays that make or break stop been so tough on yourself. Sometimes it's just good to move on :-) xxI AM A MONEY MAGNET, THEY ARE MAKING MORE MONEY FOR ME AS WE SPEAK:pMIKES MOB, DFW NERD 1071, DFW LHS 132!MIRACLES HAPPEN I'VE SEEN IT WITH MY OWN EYES. Hi all
I am tired I'm really worried that I might be ill. I went shopping this morning, got back here about 2, my head was all swimmy and I felt awful coming back on the train.I ache, I have a complete lack of appetite, I have been asleep since I got back woke up starving so had some toast but sitting here now I still feel rotten. Yesterday at my friends I had to have a nap in the afternoon - the swimmy head came back. I have been feeling like this for a while months I think. When I am at work its so hard to keep going but I thought it was stress. However I have been off for almost three weeks and not much has changed. I get to the point where I am literally falling asleep in the afternoon, not to mention the headaches and I feel so crap.
So I shall make a doctors appointment. I have to say silly as it sounds I am actually quite frightened.
Sorry about that folks, not much to do with money saving.

Make an appt how much worry do you need? Better to have peace of mind than the fear of anything bad. After all you can only get better- so nothing to lose.
Now do it!!!!! Said with love. xBlackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

Maybe a few tests may pick up something which can be easily sorted my friend xx
I know you are away from work but you still seem kinda wound up with other things, are you really relaxing? Sometimes I find it very hard to relax, especially in my holidays as I try to fill them with so much catch up stuff and then feel guilty if I dont get it all done.
Sod everything Buffy, have a few days to relax you deserve it! Easier said than done though. But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
Appointment booked for 9.10 next wed. *salutes Bob* xx
I know what you mean Lou, everything is so bloody stressful at the moment. Its becoming increasingly clear that I cannot go on like this. I just feel rather silly that I can't cope.
Any how meant to be out with my friend tonight she will set me right.
