  • Yes currently they cannot commit fraud in regards to claiming jsa with over £6,000 savings,
as they only have £4,000, so couldn't physically commit that fraud as they don't have enough savings.

However they could choose to commit many other fraud setups if they wanted to. :o

Not sure why you find such basic things so difficult to comprehend? :rotfl:

You were quite clear in your amazing prediction......
Thus no fraud is going to be/could physically be committed regardless of if they wanted to or not.

But I can see how you are struggling, so let me explain it for you. He has £4000 NOW, if he carries on saving until he claims, he MAY have £7000 and, therefore, would have the capacity for fraud.,,, If they wanted to.

Guys you got it wrong, I don't have £4000, I have £2300, read my original post... the £4000 was just an example and is likely the amount I will have by August.

LOL - and you were back 7 minutes later.......must've been a good day of sales today eh?

    lol

Nah it was only 6 sales today.

I didn't have to do much though as their bidding time ended this evening,
and so i was just checking to see all the final sale prices and check if the winning bidders had paid the money into my paypal account yet.

As long as it's under £6000 you have nothing to worry about. Even if it's more than £6000, they don't take it pound for pound. If memory serves me, it's £1 for every £250 in savings. If it IS going to be below the £6k, there seems little point in creating potential problems by trying to hide it.
