That sounds bizarrely appealing (though not from my mummy)! ;)
    Quoted from you-
If they even suspect that you have money salted away, it is up to you to prove that you don't.
They don't need to use a special computer to look at your bank statements.
All they need to do is ask YOU to bring them in.

The word ''suspect'' makes no difference whatsoever to what you have stated in your post. :p

As if what you said was true, then tomorrow the jobcentre staff would just say to every claimant-

''I suspect that you have £10,000 in cash which you have hidden away in your house or a different location.
And so we are going to freeze your benefits payments until you find a way of 'bringing in something to prove that you dont have that''.

Now do you finally realise how stupid and foolish your post was.....?! :rotfl::D:p

Are you a little bit mental? :that confused icon we are no longer allowed to use:
    Gone ... or have I?

Im not sure why and what is even being debated here to be honest! :p

The OP only has 4k in savings,
so even if they did want to cheat the system by claiming with over 6k savings they would be physically unable to do so.

Thus no fraud is going to be/could physically be committed regardless of if they wanted to or not.

So im not sure what people are still debating about it?:rotfl:

Ah, now I see why you have no understanding of the real world.... because you believe you can see into the future. How could you possibly know that the OP is not GOING to commit fraud?

And on what do you base this suspicion that I may have £10,000 in cash?

The jobcentre don't disclose their basis for suspicion to the claimant though. ;)

    But there IS a basis.

No-one in the world knows what the OP will choose to do in their life in the future, or, can control what they choose to do. :o

They are the only one who chooses what they do in their life, and so if they do choose to commit fraud that is their choice to do so.

However if they do choose to do that then they will be soley liable for prosecution if they get caught out.

    You seem quite confused.

Yes currently they cannot commit fraud in regards to claiming jsa with over £6,000 savings,
as they only have £4,000, so couldn't physically commit that fraud as they don't have enough savings.

However they could choose to commit many other fraud setups if they wanted to. :o

Not sure why you find such basic things so difficult to comprehend? :rotfl:
