This reminds me of the time I was in WH Smith and I got yelled at by an old woman because I walked in front of the magazines she was supposedly looking at. She was stood about five feet from the racks and I didn't even see her.

I was about eight years old and was terrified of her. I bet she wouldn't have done it to an adult.

At the health centre one day. Sign says please stand well back to respect the privacy of person at counter, so i did. Now i was first in queue of about 5. Woman walks into the gap i had left. Acutally found it amusing so i let it go. Once getting petrol, guy had tried to cover all the pumps by the way he was sitting. I drove up beside him and he shouted at me that he was first. I told him to pick a pump you f'cker not the whole six.

Lots of people are inconsiderate tw@ts, its a fact of life, I wouldnt worry too much. They're not going to change (you cant educate pork) and they probably arent clever enough to know theyre doing it, so the only loser is, erm , you, all tizzied out and no compensation.
Mind you its surprising how painful it is if you accidentally catch someones heel with a trolley.

What peeves me is when you have to barge your way through people who (rather than buy a newspaper) will stand and read them at the news stands in supermarkets and obstruct people who actually are willing to pay for one.

OK - there are bigger issues in life, but it's annoying nonetheless!

Quite why some areas stopped calling trousers 'pants' and started using the term to mean something for which there was already a name incorporating the same term is a bit of a mystery.

My theory is that Television changed us!

In American sit coms and films (which we are bombed with every day on tele) women call their underwear "pants" or "panties" - so, men being all macho and stuff decided "huh, pants are womens undies???? - i am not referring to my pants as pants anymore, they are now kegs forever and always"

Besides, i wear jeans so never had that problem.
