Ok I am watching spendaholics re-runs on Really, I want to slap them all :rotfl:0 -
Don't laugh PAP but I actually went to see him in London. Cost me a lot of money but not as much as it would now he's on Harley Street!
His analysis was good but his advice always seemed to be the same;
1. Journal your feelings
2. Find some physical way of expressing your anger
3. Have a sort of shrine if someon has died so you can express your grief
4. Have a budget
It was such a weird experience. On TV they always have these massive consultation rooms. Ours was the size of an understairs cupboard, he was directly infront of me and our knees were about four inches apart. I spent most of the time trying to push my chair through a solid wall!

I know, every show is the same though and you just want to tell them they are buying far to much 'stuff'. The man's (don't now his name) voice is low and mundane and he always looks so smug. I don't know why they make everything pychological half the time it's society, peer presure and pure greed.
Take this one for example... Earns £19k a year, in debt to £25k, weekly spends £400 and she wonders where she is going wrong. So her new weekly budget is £100Considering she is in the same position as me (living at home) what on earth will she spend £100 a week on let alone £400 :rotfl:

Well if it was me it would probably be earplugs, train tickets to go away and therapy to mitigate the effect of being back with my father.
:eek:
Shuddering at the thought.

Ditto. Me and my dad are a bit like divorcees. We get on so much better now we don't have to live together. :rotfl:
