Just because I am in a 'dead end' job doesn't mean my imput and voice in life is any less than someone earning much more than me....
I don't know PAP I'd say you're in fairly inspirational mode. See you in Milton Keynes for my PaP Pep talk.

Good afternoon all.
Hugs to those in need of them, and Pap, I am in awe of your using your negative feelings to change your life in a positive way. That is so inspirational. :T
Elfen, that sounds hard hon, but coming here to chat and be persuaded out of destructive behaviour sounds like a good plan.

Elfen,
I'd focus on being good to yourself - mentally and physically. View yourself less by how you look and more by treating your body like a machine - good food most of the time, occasional crap, and probably avoid refined sugar as that used to make my head go BUZZ.
If your head is going a bit anyway. Write things down, ring a friend or come on here.

Will have to remember to tell them not to put the sauce in with it - explosive vomiting that shoots out at speed is not a look I want to repeat (intolerances that time)
B, I'm starting to exercise again....I think it's just I do hate how I look to be honest....I do like certain bits - eyes, legs, boobs, lips - so is it OK to focus on them?** Total debt: £6950.82 ± May NSDs 1/10 **** Fat Bum Shrinking: -7/56lbs **

This, also Elf take it a day at a time. Forget about a 'treat day' forget about saying if I have this X I will excercise for 30min tonight. Thats just wrong. Look at each meal, see what you can sub the high cal stuff with, think about volumetrics, think about whats actually in the food you are eating, it may be low cal be look at all the additives in it and stuff.
I personally think you are putting far, far to much pressure on yourself. You constantly worry about what you are eating/doing/thinking/reading and worry about what other people think of you. Also I feel you are an all or nothing girl, if it goes wrong you let it effect you. If you have something high in cal then draw a line under that meal/food and move on. Don't dwell on what you can't change dwell on what you can, ie your next meal.
I think you need to take some time out, weightloss isn't a number on the scales it's how you feel. If you feel fit/fine but are 300lbs are you going to let the number dictate your life?
*edit, Oh and body shape is 85% the food you eat. Excercise can tone your body but it can't change your shape. Eating right will mean you lose the fat, this is mainly what gives us our 'shape'. You can excercise till you are blue in the face but if you are still eating junk it will make little/no difference.0
