    Good afternoon everyone.

Mum is having her new replacement washing machine delivered next Tuesday, she had a choice of makes and she have chosen Hotpoint.:j
When the guy came out yesterday as they do (insurance), he was shocked to see the machine , and said mum was very brave indeed.;)

    Great news, Di.

Glad to hear something positive about insurance companies!

    Thanks Ann.

Yes that is right, saying that a few of my sisters were about at the time he arrived, and made sure mum wasn't fobbed off.;)

as I am quite small and, although not as thin as I would like to be, not overweight either! He was ENORMOUS!

Ann, hope you don't mind me chuckling (now that things have clearly settled a litte) but it's like the fishing analolgy.

I caught a fish and it was THIS BIG..... (spreads hands wide apart)

First he was huge, then got bigger and bigger with each post...lol

I really don't mean to offend and hope you take this in the manner in which it is intended.

I know I wouldn't have handled it nearly as well as you did.:D

Yey I booked a smart looking one - only £90 per night mate - me thinks it's a Hilton of some sort (not very MSE Niddy!) :money:

I was looking at one earlier for £170 so it's a bit better innit...... BUT one good thing, it aint that stoooopid hard days night thingy majiggy eeew, my worse nightmare would be 10 mins of the beatles music eeew, hate it :rotfl: :rotfl:

Yeah the hotel is brand new and gets a lot of positive reviews. Good choice :T

I wondered why you ignored my initial recommendations for the Hard Day's night hotel :rotfl: cheeky sod, the Beatles are the best group ever - bar none! I would say that being biased. That hotel looks superb, but if you don't like them, I don't blame you looking for something else.

Hey Ringo... move over and let Niddy in!

    Well said Jen!!

I did tell him it was awesome, but would he listen?
    He's got no taste.

I'm debating whether to meet him or not now.

Debate over, I'll let him off this one time! :D Don't want to cut my nose off to spite my face :rotfl:I wanna good day/night out too!

    Hi Libbyjade.

    Not offended at all!

I did say myself that the bloke in question was getting bigger on each post! Probably in inverse proportion to the size of his brain!

Not sure I handled it well - I just reacted, really!

Wouldn't want to meet him on a dark night, though!

Enjoy your weekend with the Niddies.

    Hi Libbyjade,

I totally and fully support this!

Especially some of their lyrics - Eleanor Rigby, for starter.

Perhaps we should have a poll for our favourite Beatle song - except it would be very difficult to choose just one!

George is my favourite Beatle, though.
