Are we all so 'sad'?

  • No we are not sad cos as the co-op used to say 'unity is strength' as a community we help each other by our collective knowledge and support. I am so grateful for the people on this site for giving me the incentives I need to keep going on the tough days, making me laugh, and confirming that value does not have to be measured in pounds.

I've also become addicted to MSE - and especially the forums. You're all such a friendly, non-judgmental bunch with great senses of humour and some fabulous stories (some of which have made me laugh, and some have encouraged me to think really hard about how to budget more effectively)

Long live MSE and all who sail in her!

  • Although nearest and dearest know I have debts and know that I'm "economising", I'm still under a lot of pressure everyday to buy this, visit that and in all honesty if I didn't have this site for my daily reality check, I'd never make any headway on my debt, in fact it would keep on building!
