i have just read the whole lot of it,,and you stand out as someone who had lots more positive to say about this all when it screamed of scam....i really hope no one took any notice of what you said..
and I hope no one took any notice of some of the postings you did - you have advised guzundering to someone (really ethical)!!!!!0 -
yes i have no problems with it..i just got my house for 188k that was advertised at peak at 299k i would consider me a good moneysaver,,thats why we are here right? i also ask for money off in shops...It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0 -

hope you sleep well at night. I know we do in our home!

Quote your posting " I have just bought for cash..my wife has never been on deeds before in her life..i have plenty of times..so what our solicitor done was just put my wife's name on the deeds and a few weeks later added mine....its all above board for a cash sale but not a mortgage sale.. "
sounds as dodgy as your guzundering. We too do not have a mortgage, we have worked hard for 22 years to be mortgage free and it is by totally ethical means.0 -
all legal dear chap. or chapesse..you missed with that one....goodnightIt is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?

sleep well yourself and watch out, what goes around comes around. Hope you dont need to sell your home for £100,000 less than you paid for it!
It may be all legal but in our world you get items by fair means chappette0 -
hi all,
do you think the police would act if they were approached by a number of us ......a group complaint of fraud.
i would be pleased to be there or named.
i thinkmy county court fee of £70 (online claim ) might be lost ,,,,,booo! as i sent it to Kemp House. They must be gettable!
the debt collectiomn agencies seem to be able to find most stuff so police must be better, we have bamnk details lllolyds tsb ,,account numbers.names .....lotsa stuff..
Ray - Hi
It is a thought. I still have all paperwork along with email addresses etc. I have also discovered the companies name who manages Kemp House, I spoke to them today (as you will have read).
I really dont know why I never thought to call the office management company, everything else was gone through with a fine tooth comb - hence no monies were paid by us.
It is a shame that people have been scammed, they were very good at it, I will give them that. We are actually at the final stages of the sale when it was categorically unearthed what they were up to, it was always a possiblity but there is a difference between a possiblity and a reality.
It dont help when the usual drivel comes out on here, theres more back biting than a pool of crocs on this forum, it has repeatedly been asked for definative info, not asumptions.
If it makes you feel any better about your money, you werent the only one to be taken in by them, its not greed on your part, it was a need to sell your property at a semi-reasonable price and with little hassle. No one actually came forward and said they had completed a sale and no one actually had proof of a scam until the last 24 hours. Its been a case of suck it and see what happens.
Actually, I dont suppose your bank can do anything. I know with Barclays (my bank) we pay fees each month for additional things, such as breakdown and legal services, maybe they can help you to recover the costs. Just a thought!0 -
In case anyone is coming into this thread right at the end, the simple advice is just to avoid IPG like the plague if they have contacted you.No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0
