Also does anyone know how and where i can get my eyes tested and a new pair of glasses cheap please. Since starting my main job im sat behind a PC and I know i need to change my glasses as im starting to have problems again.
    thanks in advance

You're much stronger than you think, and now we're all behind you so you don't need to face it alone.

Boots are doing free tests at the moment

Be quick cause it ends on the 9 Sept.

Mostt employers provide an allowance for eye tests. I think it's the law. My work pays £25, and £40 towards a new set of glasses. Maybe your work does something similar.

    Big hugs!!

  • As a bloke I'm a little ashamed to admit I had tears in my eyes after reading your posts.

I can understand you're afraid of what might happen if you left your husband. But you need to do what is best for you and your daughter.
You shouldn't have to put up with his abuse. You've been through enough, and you deserve better. He has hit you once and you stayed with him. Therefore he knows he can hit you again and he thinks you won't leave.

You deserve so much more, You are a very strong person, maybe you need to find a little more strength - for your long term happiness.

I can top up my mobile (Vodafone) online. Or you could buy a topup voucher and PM the code on it to her.
Buy an easymobile sim card through Quidco and send it to her? I got £16 credit on mine for a £1 purchase, you can also top-up online with easymobile.
