            I phoned the customer services number 08442 41 41 41 and also sent an email from my Sky account page telling them i had not received my vouchers. Got a reply the same day.
Here is some of the email reply...
Customer Account Number: 62**140*****
Thank you for your email about 50.00 (GBP) worth of M & S vouchers.
I’m sorry this issue has caused you concern and hope my reply below clarifies the position for you.
I’d like to tell you that I’ve issued 50.00 (GBP) worth of M & S voucher. It will take 28 days for you to receive the vouchers.0 -
