It was my turn to call sky yesterday as I finished one year on this deal. I was offered the same deal as loofer - half price on four packages for 6 months, on a 31 day rolling contract. I bought HD package though at the full price (10.25 pm) as I wanted it. They didnt budge on it
Will call them again in 6 months time

I cancelled as they offered 6 months SD, there is another price rise on Sep 1st so I figured the monthly sub can only go one way - incidentally in my case they still deny the M&S vouchers were applicable even though I signed up online, is that the general experience?0

I dont think they give free HD after having it for an year. Most ppl I have seen have got the MnS vouchers. I got after chasing them twice.0
