It would be an idea to keep this thread in mind if you do receive the vouchers from this offer so others can get onto Sky if theirs doesn't arrive.happyhunter wrote: »T&C's say you'll get the M&S vouchers 45 days after installation.0 -

Have you got any documentation from Sky which confirms the Best Buy offer that we have used?
My service is due to be installed on this Saturday. So far, I have got the sky card (with accoutn no) and standard T&C. Nowhere, there is a mention of best buy offer and the details of my monthly payments. How do I know for sure that the details stated while making the booking will be true in future?0 -

It was quite clear during the sign-up process when I did it for my parents. Before checkout it clearly show the offers of 1/2 price package, free HD sub for 12 months, free install, free HD box etc.
I took a screenshot of that for reference.0 -
Anyone able to cancel their already current service and successfully sign up to this?0

It did say that for me, but I didnt save that page. Phoned sky (on their expensive 0844 number) and got it confirmed that I do have the best buy package.
Got the sky installed today. The only sad part is if I change the subscription which changes the price plan (rt now I have taken two packages), the best buy offer will be invalidated
. This is what the customer service guy told me. Any one had any different experience? 0 -

Thats what i was told as well. I signed up for all the channels apart from the movies for £20.50 per month so happy with that - and i shouldnt need to change it. Im getting mine installed wednesday and phoned the cs number when i recieved the card and the cs guy confirmed the bestbuy deal. It would be a really good idea if they just put in a wee slip of paper with what you've signed up for and a monthly payment, people still like some written confirmation :cool:0 -
I have just been to the Best Buy site and it says that this offer is in store only and I live just outside of Newcastle.
Anybody know if this offer is still working by calling the number??0 -

I just got a mail from sky confirming my paymen details. Despite the sky Cust. Care telling me that i have the bestbuy offer on my account, their email suggests otherwise. I think it's best to have somehing in writing from sky. I am going to call them today to demand a written confirmation if the same.
Anyone else had the same experienc?0 -
You can ask sky if they will install the line for you. This is what my friend did and he only had to pay the £25 over the phone for the installation, much cheaper than BT, plus free broadband.
Everything was done over the phone and it will all be installed on the 28th.Smile loan - £2821.98 / £0:)
Lloyds CC - £3102.54 / £3071.51
