Has someone been to the store please confirm if I can go there at 7 PM to get this voucher (or whatever it is)?? I mean are they just some leaflets kept at the till or there is a sales guy from sky whom I have to meet and show the printout from the website?
I think it is worth taking the trouble to travel from Heathrow to Lakeside
Thanks

Er, how about the one in Hedge End?stevenhp1987 wrote: »Hey there, I have no Best Buy near me (Southampton)0 -
Ring this number 0333 7777777 and ask customer services for a number - they ring a shop for you and a code for you - then put it in SKYs offer code section - simples!

I signed up to this offer in store, I had to pay £28 which will be refunded by sky and then I bought the entertainment pack and childrens pack all for only £9.50 per month + free Sky recording HD box + Free Installation + 1/2 price TV package (£9.50pm for 12 months) + free HD subscription (normally £10pm for 12 months). Being installed on 22nd June.
But I know others are using the code on the leaflet and signing up online.
Good Luck
This is a great deal.0 -
When i phoned that number i was told same as above. Code does not work online.
Looks like this deal is a 'NO GO' for me. Liverpool store not open and at least a 90 mile drive for a code.0 -
Just had an email reply from Best Buy... the Merry Hill store in Dudley has already opened since 7th June. The advert on their website is just a "grand opening offers weekend".
here's contents of the email belowThanks for your email.
In response to your questions:
(1) The offer is available to all UK residents.
(2) The Merry Hill store actually opened on Monday 7th June however, the 'grand opening offers weekend' will take place on 26/27th June.
(3) As far as I know - please take the following with you: Photo I.D. i.e. Drivers licence / passport, 2 forms of proof of address i.e. a recent utility bill or bank statement - both must be dated within the last 3 months, a bank card for direct debit guarantee.
(4) I'm going to email you a copy of the leaflet now, so you can read the small print (the email will come from myself sumnera@cpwplc.com)
If there is any thing else we can do to help, click reply or alternatively you can contact our dedicated customer services team on 0333 777 7777.
Our opening times are;
Monday - Friday 8am - 9pm
Saturday 9am - 9pm
Sunday 10am - 6pm.
Kind regards,
Amanda Sumner

I rang and had no problem at all, the people I have spoken to were lovely and when you input the code the 'best buy' offer pops up on the sky website! I did tell them living in Newcastle meant that I lived hundreds of miles away and couldn't get to a store.
I would keep trying that number because honestly it works, I've had 2 codes one for me and one for a friend and signed up both today. I got the M&S vouchers too.:beer:0 -

How do you input the code online?
I just went through the process of ordering this offer online up to the place order bit, which means you've added all the details you need to, and I couldn't see anywhere to put in the code to get the 1/2 price deal.
I used the main Sky.com Official site which offers the £50 M&S vouchers..............Is there a different website that can be used ?0 -

When you are building your package, there is a box on the right hand side on top of 'My Basket'. Alternatively, go via sky.com/bestbuyoffer
