To the people waiting, what is the date on your tracking number after the initials and UK bit?

It is weird that it takes 3 business weeks to send the tracking number for every single order, as you would think that a shipment for a number of order made over a number of days would happen, but each person seems to get their tracking number exactly 3 weeks after the order, which is frankly odd. Hmmm

Same here just got my tracking number sajj logistics seems fine and my eta is also 30th august and

And what you said trexmark, This guy sitting in a room must be doing a hell of alot of work, looking at the stock levels he must be managing atleast 200 customers by now

yhh your right they said low priority containers every 3 weeks but then like you said we all get our tracking number 3 weeks from our order but when i look at sajj thing it tells me that its on its way i hate to admit that

just got a response from the elite savings team (can I add that they have been excellent in getting back to me, but this time when questioning their company, they took over 24 hours...):

Hi ***

If Sajj have given you an ETA of the 30th, then we expect customs to take around 7-10 business days to complete the scanning of your container, however, this is at customs' discretion.

I would like to know the actual length of time customs holds items for
because I have spoken to a number of YOUR customers (please don't deny this
because you do have customers and they are alive) who have placed orders at
the end of June and beginning of July who have still not received their
items as apparently they are still stuck at customs? I spoke to HM Customs
today who have said they only hold items for 3-5 days and if anything if
things are REALLY bad, it could take UPTO 2 weeks but that rarely happens
especially for things from an online supplier. I have been given an ETA of
30th August on my items from Sajj Logistics, can you tell me now, honestly
(as you are UK based and have obviously had previous experience), how long
will the item take to reach ME? So please tell me:
1. how long customs will hold items (the APPROXIMATE time you can guarantee
me)
2. how long will the item take to get to me upon it's ETA on the 30th
August?

Order arrived at shipping depot on 16th August 2010
Order loaded onto sea freight container on 17th August 2010
Container dispatched on route to shipping locations on 17th August 2010
FINAL DESTINATION UK VIA MIDDLE EAST, TURKEY, ITALY, SPAIN, GERMANY & FRANCE
THIS PAGE WILL BE UPDATED ONCE THE CONTAINER HAS ARRIVED INTO THE UK. ETA BY THE 31ST AUGUST

It says that this page will be updated when it reached the uk, why cant they say where it is currently or something

The thing is this guy is Indian (Paramveer Thaker, and Ms R Kaur), I know because those are names from my same cultural background (well done my I guess? 8-)) so I wouldn't be surprised if he himself has set up an account with Sajj Logistics or got a family member in India to do it for him. They do look legit, BUT we already know not to judge a book by it's cover the hard way don't we? That is why we are all here on this forum today...

Anyone know where the shipment is meant to come in to in the UK? Could it be found out from customs if there is a container from that freight company waiting to be processed even?

Still looking at the moment for the lowest price for the HTC desire, lowest ive seen is 387 from ebay but gonna be looking for the rest of the night so il let u know.
