Anyone bought from Elite Savings?

yhh maybe but you dont think that this is all a lie and your item is not even in customs and never has been, or is it there but its just going to take a while

Ordered an ipad on 30 June and the item is shown as with Customs for the last three weeks. Have been told today that the if I do not get the product by Monday next week then they I will get a refund!! Do you think they are trying to tell me something?

Freight company are not replying to either them or me so who knows what is going on!!

The business address is actually a registered office for the company so they could be based anywhere!

Suggest everyone stays well clear until someone actually gets something delivered?

I am also an unlucky sucker stuck in this position. Tbh I've not been having trouble with them until today when I emailed them today asking why I am on my 16th business day of processing and their website suggests a tracking number and dispatch will be in 15 business days? They replied they will be send me the tracking number once they have received it from the delivery company which is after business hours (5.30pm, according to them). So it is now 9PM and STILL no tracking number or any form of email, I'm assuming (or perhaps hoping) that they have closed for the night and will send it to me tomorrow (again, hoping first thing tomorrow morning!!!).
After reading this forum, and their website, I am really really worried and upset as I will now have to go without a computer for perhaps 2-3 months as people are suggesting here and I am currently doing a teacher training course so can't afford to sit around with no means of computing!!! I'm going to see what happens tomorrow and keep you guys posted, think I will message them now too asking why I still haven't got the tracking number.

Just out of interest for the time being, if I was to arrange a petition and send it off to the Fair Trade Dept. and perhaps BBC Watchdog, who would be interested in signing?

I am just thinking this for the time being as we will have to give them time, as seeing around on here it is usually scepticism as no-one has actually ordered or actually waited for the items, or are in the process of waiting at least. So lets give it until October I think? And then, depending on how many names we get, send off a PROPER complaint!!!...

Yes, I would sign. Both the directors seem to live in the West Midlands so wouldn't bother going to the London address.

It's a terrible sign that appearantly no one has received any goods ever from this 'company'. I'm waiting since end of June and after receiving the tracking number I could follow the virtual way of my computer during 2 weeks, and than it's held up by customs...
I would sign the petition but afraaid that not too much people read this forum.

Put the delivery company address into Google to see if it came up with a location. The only listing for a business at that address is Sajj Logistics but.................................

Google automatically changed Tamil Naddu to Tamil Nadu (ie only one d). The address then turned into the address of Matha Steels a steelwork company.

Have just e-mailed Elite (again) asking if Sajj Logistics actually exists!!!! Think there are no items, no customs delay and time to get my money back under breach of contract!

I have just received an 'order update' from Elite Savings giving me my tracking number. Checked on the Sajj Logistics website and they have given an ETA of 30th August. Did anyone else get given an ETA? The delivery company's website looks legit enough, even properly maintained, but I guess don't judge a book by it's cover comes into play here eh? What I don't like though, and perhaps I am being a little biased and overly-concerned now, is that Elite Savings has changed the order status from 'Processing' to 'Delivered'? How can they do that if it in actual fact hasn't been delivered, shouldn't the order status be 'Delivering'...? Hmm...

Had exactly the same thing although with no ETA. Would think that this is the date when the goods will land in the UK and then you'll join the Customs Clearance queue!! Had exactly the same concerns which when challenged Elite Savings just ignored. Really hope I am proved wrong but have a feeling that all they are doing is living off the 7.9% etc etc etc

yup this was my concern too, and yeah it's the ETA of when it arrives in the UK. Well lets just give it until 30th August then, and if placed into the customs queue (which I most probably will from the feedback on here), then I think a formal threat to Elite Savings is in order...

Soo what it looks like is that a lot of peoples items are at customs and and has been there for quite a while and those are only the people who has made there order during the end of june and start of July. And looks like customs is going to take a while, when i emailed them asking how long customs take, they said it only takes 3-5 days but that is clearly not true so i guess its a case of just waiting, I recommend not getting a refund, firstly why lose that 10% of your money and you have gone so far, so why stop now. I should be getting my tracking number later today, hope i do and i ll keep you up to date
