Time for one of these as well....

Morning all, More indoor work today as it is windy and raining. I need to run round and put in extra support for some of plants to stop them being damaged.

I should be able to pop in more often as I will be close to home.

MIL is not good, they have put her on a drip. She's now on a water mattress to prevent bed sore's. She's a tough old bird, I hope she finds strength from somewhere. She likes me to wind her up. She always finishes by saying, "when I've had a drink, that Handy's going to cop it"
Normally I get a crack on the shins from her stick.

If I suddenly go off line for a while, then its cos I've had to run North to give support.

Morning Handy, i suspect they have put MIL on a drip as she's not eating or drinking?.. she needs fluid no matter what, so this isnt necessarily a bad thing. I hope things turn out ok. Sending you and Mrs Handy a big Polar Bear hug....



If you have to run up North suddenly, dont worry, i can cope alone at the Lay~by and i'll try to save some cakes for you, i'll hide them from Paddington!!.

I know this is exceptionally early, but i have to get out to work earlier than i thought, so i'm gonna leave you these cakes and pastries.....



And as the weather seems to be so bad today, some lovely comforting Hot Chocolate drinks, plenty of variety to choose from, hope you all enjoy!....

LOL, :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Just got to share this with you, Lady Hooray wants me to take his Lordship to the Barbers for a hair cut. I told her as today is Market day in our little town It wouldn't be a good idea, As last time I brought the traffic to a standstill for 10 minutes to get him out and another 10 to get him back in the car.

I had motorists honking horns and a traffic warden on my back telling me that a blue badge wont let you stop anywhere. I offered to take him to the car park and wheel him in his chair an extra 100 yards.

No said Lady H, I'll phone the police I'm sure that they will stop the Traffic for you while you get his Lordship out!:)

If had to come away, she's on the phone to the police station as I type, I wonder if they will do it.:rotfl::rotfl:

Or send the men in white coats to take her away, He He Ha Ha.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Good Morning All

Glad Mr 3dogs is gradually improving 3dogs. Is he not registered at a dentist anywhere yet? Well done on the extra lb lost on Monday.

Handy, hope MIL picks up now they are getting fluids into her. Water mattress sounds good for guarding against bedsores - better than those that make a droning noise every few mins as air is pumped to move the patient.
Can't you find a barber/hairdresser to come to Hooray hall? sounds like it would be easier. Although maybe Lady H is trying to get him away from her for a bit?

I really must sit down and focus on putting somethings on ebay, or admit I'm never going to do it and take loads of stuff to the local charity shops instead. House is getting over run with clothes, meaning I can never find anything.
Couldn't find any swim gear this morning which rather put paid to my intended exercise this evening (can't manage the gym currently so though swimming would be better than nothing). Oh well.
