Thanks Tixy not sure i should reply in here Sunnyloo says i should start a new thread but will reply.
yes in a DMP for the last 2.5 years, no the payment is not above the minimum payment, and they did freeze interest right until 3 months ago. phoned marbles they said if we paid £5 a month they wouldn't but as we are paying more then £5 they are charging 1% interest wrote to marbles twice now in two months still no reply, DMP company )Pay plan) say they can only resend financial statement and hope.
Cause of them it now looks like the debt will take over 10 years to pay off with this interest and we retire in 7 years which will mean we wont be able to afford the payments we are making now and we will have to go bankrupt then so we think we may as well quit work now and do it anyway,0 -

Hi Helen - bumping is posting on a thread to 'bump' it back to the top of the forum for people to see. People do this on their own threads if they haven't had a reply and we do it on this thread to keep the message/warning about trolls near the top for new people to post.
Thats really annoying about marbles- maybe they will sell your debt on to a debt collector sometime soon who are then often more willing to freee interest. Very annoying in the meantime though. Are they one of your larger creditors?A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -

Yes they are the largest creditor its sad when people want to pay their debts back that it ends up that certain creditors make it almost impossible for people to pay them.0 -
