    Hi

    Are you on a DMP? and had they previously frozen interest? You could try writing to them again to ask them to freeze interest again (there is a template on national debtline). Sometimes creditors will start charging interest after a year automatically but might stop again if you ask. Or could it be that as your balance has reduced you are now paying more than what the old minimum payment used to be? That sometimes triggers interest to be charged again.
