Happy Christmas to everyone, and special thoughts for those who are suffering, whether through illness or anxiety. I hope next year is a good year for you all.
We have been thoroughly Skyped by the children and grandchildren all morning, which has been the next best thing to being there with them.
Hugs to Jean who has been badly affected by the awful weather in northern France but is battling on in a truly Scottish way with her family and some generators. If I know Jean, they will still be having a great time. I don't think much in life gets her down and this will be just another challenge that she will overcome with a smile and a laugh!
Happy Christmas one and all!

Hope you are back on soon, Jean. We had heavy winds and torrential rain but have escaped the worst by all accounts. Keep warm, dry, and safe, and have a fantastic Christmas despite the weather!

Well, what can I say the picture says it all. Christmas was to cheer for. Now we are absolutely cream crackered and found it very hard to say goodbye to our little family today.
