Just a quick pop in ...

been so busy lately I am almost asleep on my feet...so TV,crochet and feet up for me tonight ahhhh bliss :) and maybe a little nibble at a box of flaky truffles that OH made me buy :o

chalky - I agree our paths are destined to meet, I read your blog and was quite engrossed for almost an hour, it's interesting, entertaining and very informative thank you x
jean - I cut the ribbons from all my clothes and use them for all sorts of things including decorating birthday bags, tying lables onto presents also plaiting some together to make keyrings they are so useful for all sorts of things, I also tied some large buttons on a jacket with some
ginny,mrs-m - thank you for your comments on my work on flickr its very kind of you :o
ginny - packet ready to post tomorrow
kathy - yes thanks we had a brilliant time, DGS was an absolute delight he had us swimming everyday which did us both good and gave his mummy and daddy a bit of a break as he soooo active:)

I finished another cotton bag and the ripple blanket for my friends DGD who she hasn't met yet as she lives in Australia but she is being brought over for a visit early next year... yes I know I am early with it, but I had it in mind so just had to go with the flow...so tonight I am putting in some time on my oblong granny, havent touched it since we got back from the caravan in September

Well I said it was a quick pop in but as is always the way I just keep on tapping away and before I know it I am well on the way to writing a book :rotfl:

Enjoy your evenings everyone and I hope all is well where you are no loss of power, trees down, flooding or other awful happenings, take care and keep warm Love to all Axx

    Late call from me.

Really just checking in to see if everyone is OK and not too badly hit by the storm.

We had a lovely autumn day here, but all day at work I was crossing my fingers that none of you were suffering too much.

    Time will tell I suppose.

    Back tomorrow, day off.
