Thanks Diana.. I have just googled a lot. I think I should drink more. Not wine unfortunately. I wonder if all this hot weather had made mr dehydrated.
Eat loads of fruit, veg and fibre so don't think it's that.
Going off to make a well padded ice pack. Oh out for a while so will be spared the teasingTry and do a good deed every day.0 -

Have got my contact at the local hospital and as Will and Kate have suggested givng to baby charities think it will be a lovely idea to take them sooner rather than later. once i know what they need it might spur me on to knitting again.SPC~12 ot 124

Goodness gracious I go away for a few days and Mrs MP is re-building the Titanic :rotfl: and so fast too! Is it in the back garden because you may have trouble launching it from there
Well we had a fab time apart from a couple of glitches with OH's health, nearly had to get an ambulance on Thursday night but got through it  Took things slowly, lots of resting and he did fish a little. When you only have to walk a few yards and pick up a rod its not too bad. Went to Sherwood forrest on the way home and watched a hand fasting, we decided thats what we should have done all those years ago, much more our thing than church and my dress was the right style too.
Hope everyone is doing ok in this heat and being careful hugs ginnyClearing the junk to travel light
