Mrs Moneypenny have a great weekend........:wink::laugh:

oh we did, it was wonderful, thank you.

DD1 thought of everything, champagne with dinner on saturday night, she even posted a card to the hotel with our room number and instructions to give it at breakfast on sunday morning so all the waitresses and waiters came over and wished us a happy wedding anniversary. then she rang up sunday mornig and paid the bill in full. came reluctantly home yesterday afternoon to find DD3 her fiancee and DS2 had done a ground force style make over to the front garden, it has been weeded pruned and planted up beautifully! God i love my kids, that made coming home so special, shes even set out tea cups and hm strawberry bakewell as a welcome. shed looked after the house and boys as well all weekend.

nearly bought some wool, shop in sheringham had crofter (fake fairisle RTC £1.99 a ball but i dithered on saturday and shop closed sunday so going through patterns and if its still cheap when we go back in august i will spend my birthday money on some.

hope everyone is well and hope anyone with a birthday has a brill one.

hugs and good wishes to ginny and Dh hope all is well

was so hot even through the sea mist on friday ive now got a shadow 'tattoo' of the fairy necklace i wear, id sat on the beach stitching, it was misted over and we couldnt see the sun so didnt realise my front was a nice shade of lobster with a little whit 'fairy' at my neckline till night time

  • Nab a big squeeze for me please Chalky

been boiling again today. We had such a storm on Saturday ..... it rumbled in about 5 kilometers from the stage finishing in the tour de france - you can imagine how DH took that one..... no electricity from 4.30 ish right through until 10.30 ish........ he was so cross! I quite happily just knitted more mice! I know its far too hot to do knitting/crocheting etc but managed to do 6 chook doorstops for SIL - she moved in next door on Friday last so is doing a sort of NESTING BIT
right now - its fun to see in action!

    Good morning everyone.
    It is cloudy here today.
When we arrived home from acuddling .. Gave him some extra from you all!! The flowers were gasping for water. So I rushed around in the dark with the watering can. Ten minutes later it poured and it is cloudy today but it feels so lovely and cool.

Pictures on blog of the three boys! I must get to grips with posting pics on here!! Sorry jean. ... After all that trouble you took to post the instructions. A certain munchkin loves his quiet book. The baby kangaroo is the favourite.

Well wonderful ewes of the new royal any. A boy first still seems so right. Call me old fashioned.
I am so glad Princess Diana at least opened the lot to her boys saving some fragments of a normal life. I hope his dear little baby gets some too. I was thinking about Kate's mum and Dad last night. Just think their daughter went to university met William and now they are grandparents to he future king of England.

Lots of quiet hooking going on. Bit obsessive about cotton Mandalas just now . Loving their simple patterns and forms using soft cottons.

Still e baying and sorting DMIL'S stuff but getting there ,... A bit.

Had a text from pippayesterday and they are loving their cruise.sounds a wonderful one.

    Ginnyhow are things?
f1did you ave a good birthday?

So many Mia's I will forget to mention special people so will send the gentlest thoughts to you all .... As I know we are all doing for Kathy right now xxx if you peek in kathy

Good afternoon everyone... Much cooler today .... You know you are getting old, old, old old when you get a PILE ... And it's not a pile of wool. Oh my goodness there is a first for everything!!!!!!! But it stops me sitting down for long to crochet. Nuisance, nuisance nuisance .
I hope it goes away sharpish as that is a doctors appointment I do not want to make. Oh dearie me no.

Sorry to be so personal but as we share everything on here I thought someone might have some advice or experience to help.

So hooky progress is slower than usual but the crochet Lappy I am sitting on is ery welcome indeed !!!!
